Walk into any braiding salon on a busy Saturday, and you'll quickly realize something funny:
No two clients are ever the same.
Some arrive with a folder full of hairstyle inspiration. Others walk in with nothing but faith. Some barely say a word for six hours, while others become everyone's new best friend before the first braid is finished.

By the end of the appointment, she'll stand up, admire her new look, flash the biggest smile, say "Thank you," and leave happier than she arrived.
2. The TikTok Watcher
You know this client.
Her phone never leaves her hand.
She's laughing one minute, learning a recipe the next, then suddenly watching someone organize a refrigerator in perfect silence.
Every few minutes she'll tilt her phone toward her braider and say:
"You have to watch this!"
Before long, everyone in the salon is laughing over the same video.
She makes the hours fly by.
